Summer Project #1: Well, a few years ago, we put in a fire pit. Around the pit we
put some small stones. After a few years of picking more weeds than having fires,
we thought this was the year to have someone cement around it and make it more
of a patio. There were some rain delays but the patio was finally done. The first
project came about due to all the dirt left from digging around the fire pit. What
to do? Make my perennial garden larger! It looks beautiful!
Summer project #2:
The patio didnt look quite done - not quite right. Answer- a wall around it. It
really did make a world of difference. As of this post this is how it looks-
but if someone has their way - and we know who- it might change a little.

looks fabulous! :) you guys did a great job building that wall around the pit and i really like the built-in-bench! we'll see you and dad on saturday - grace sends some "love licks" ;)
